公開招聘：中國香港代表隊教練

 

為備戰未來各項國際賽事及提升香港籃球水平，本會現公開誠聘具魄力、經驗及專業資格的籃球教練，帶領中國香港代表隊。

 

一、  職位名稱

中國香港籃球代表隊教練  (男子成年隊及女子成隊)

 

二、  主要職責

1.  訓練與備戰：  全面負責代表隊的日常訓練計劃制定與執行，針對國際賽事週期進行週期化訓練安排。

2.  臨場指揮：  在國際友誼賽、亞洲盃、世界盃外圍賽及大型綜合運動會（如亞運會）中擔任臨場戰術指導。

3.  團隊管理：  凝聚球隊士氣，建立良好紀律，並與總會行政團隊、醫療及體能團隊緊密合作。

4.  報告與分析：  提交訓練及賽後技術報告，研究對手戰術影片。

 

三、  入職條件

 

1.  專業資格：  必須持有中國香港籃球總會認可的高級教練證書，或持有 FIBA （國際籃球聯會）同等級別的教練認證或持有海外籃球總會認可的最高級別教練證書。

2.  執教經驗：

·  具備十年或以上籃球教練經驗。

·  優先考慮曾擔任國家/地區代表隊、職業球會或大專/學界頂尖隊伍主教練之人士。

3.  大賽經驗：  熟悉國際籃球規則，曾帶領球隊參與國際性賽事者優先。

4.  語言能力：  具備良好的中、英文溝通能力（普通話及粵語流利為佳）。

5.  品德操守：  無不良刑事記錄，嚴格遵守體育精神及反禁藥條例。

四、  任期及薪酬

 

·  合約期：  初步任期為一年，表現滿意且通過成績考核者可獲續約。

·  薪酬：  本會將按應徵者的資歷、經驗及聲譽提供具市場競爭力的教練合約，具體細節面議。

Representative Team

 

In preparation for various upcoming international competitions and to raise the standard of basketball in Hong Kong, China, the Association of Hong Kong, China is now openly inviting applications from dynamic,

experienced and professionally qualified basketball coaches to lead the Hong Kong, China representative team.

 

1. Position Title

Head Coach, Hong Kong, China Basketball Representative Team (Men’s Senior Team and Women’s Senior Team)

 

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Training and Preparation

Take full responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the representative team’s daily training plans, with periodical training arrangements aligned to the international competition cycle.

2. On-court Coaching

Provide on-court tactical guidance at international friendly matches, the FIBA Asia Cup, FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualifiers and major

multi-sport games such as the Asian Games.

3. Team Management

Build team morale, instill strong discipline, and work closely with

the Association’s administrative, medical and strength and conditioning teams.

4. Reporting and Analysis

Submit training and post-match technical reports, and study opponents’ tactical game footage.

3. Entry Requirement s

1. Professional Qualifications

Must hold an Advanced Coaching Certificate recognized by the Basketball Association of Hong Kong, China, or a FIBA (International

Basketball Federation) coaching certification of equivalent level, or the highest-level coaching certificate recognized by an overseas basketball federation.

2. Coaching Experience

At least 10 years of basketball coaching experience, priority will be given to candidates who have served as head coach of a national/regional representative team, a professional club, or a top tertiary/school team.

3. International Competition Experience

Familiar with international basketball rules; candidates who have led teams in international competitions are preferred.

4. Language Proficiency

A good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese is an advantage.

5. Integrity and Conduct

No criminal record; must strictly adhere to the spirit of sport and anti-doping regulations.

 

4. Contract Period and Remuneration

·  Contract Period: The initial appointment will be for one year. Renewal may be offered subject to satisfactory perfo rmance and achievement  review.

·  Remuneration: The Association will offer a market-competitive coaching contract commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience and reputation. Specific details will be discussed at interview.
